beautiful architecture tropical plant
The hotel grounds featured beautiful architecture. The use of antiques really enhanced the overall ambiance. The pools looked good especially the one surrounded by tropical plants. It was lovely and cool in the April heat!
The room was a bit small, though the rest of the hotel was fantastic.

oasis of calm
lush gardens quiet atmosphere helpful staff
I loved the Lush gardens and the quiet atmosphere despite the central location. The staff was SO friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, and it was very good. The hotel was like a true oasis in a busy urban area.
The wifi WAS DOWN on my last day. The tv was also not functional because of the wifi issues. The hotel could have offered guests a gesture of goodwill IN APOLOGY.

tropical gardens friendly staff
I stayed in a studio, and the beautiful lush tropical gardens were near. the staff were so friendly. They were really attentive!
the all day tea station was there though the lady working there seemed surly.

small pool room bathroom maintenance
the location was good it was easy to get into town
the pool room felt small the bathroom also felt cramped the interiors need updating and the bathroom needs maintenance there was a gap between the door and the frame allowing mosquitos to enter the room

spacious room decorated room attentive staff
The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. I especially enjoyed the two pools. The staff was attentive, always ready to help with a smile. It was a GREAT experience.
The gym equipment is a bit outdated.

Staff at reception were helpful with directions. The concierge efficiently arranged transportation. Turndown service was provided each evening, including fresh towels and tidying of the room.
