I loved the lush gardens and buildings. the staff were friendly and helpful. the bar and restaurant provided fabulous service. The massages were really good.

the location was good it was easy to get into town
the pool room felt small the bathroom also felt cramped the interiors need updating and the bathroom needs maintenance there was a gap between the door and the frame allowing mosquitos to enter the room

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. I especially enjoyed the two pools. The staff was attentive, always ready to help with a smile. It was a GREAT experience.
The gym equipment is a bit outdated.

Staff at reception were helpful with directions. The concierge efficiently arranged transportation. Turndown service was provided each evening, including fresh towels and tidying of the room.

The room featured a large, comfortable bed with quality linens. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries. A work desk was provided with multiple power outlets for electronic devices.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of hot and cold items. I enjoyed the fresh fruit (especially the mangoes!). The restaurant also provided room service with a limited menu.
